Far Nook is a detached Lakeland stone property on the Northern fringe of Ambleside, but within 5 minutes walk of the town centre facilities. A warm and friendly welcome awaits all our guests in a relaxing and comfortable environment.
We have been awarded a Five Star Rating which reflects how our accommodation and facilities are arranged with our guests comfort and enjoyment in mind.
On the day of your arrival, if you arrive between 3pm and 5.30pm, we will be pleased to welcome you by serving tea or coffee and homemade cakes in the lounge, or the garden, weather permitting!

 We will serve you a hearty breakfast in our delightful dining room to fortify you for your day's exploration of the Lakes, whether it be walking, cycling or touring the many attractions that the Lake District offers. Far Nook has a lovely garden that changes with the seasons, which all our guests are welcome to sit and relax in and enjoy during their stay with us. We have private parking for all guests which is ideal for leaving your car behind and exploring many of the scenic walks that can begin from our doorstep. Alternatively there is public transport bus stops (North & South) approx 300 yards away. |

| We have three lovely bedrooms which are equipped with flat screen TV, clock radio, hair dryers and well stocked beverage trays. There is a king size double bedded room with en suite bathroom, a twin bedded room, en suite, and a double bedded room which has a private bathroom. Each of the bathrooms are well equipped with the benefit of a bath with power shower over, luxury toiletries and bath robes. |

Prices range from £35.00 to £47.50 per person per night, based on two people sharing a double room. Single occupancy of a double room is available for an additional supplement.
