Welcome to Rothay House, a comfortable Bed & Breakfast just on the edge of Ambleside town centre, within 3 minutes walk of all amenities. The house is modern, centrally heated and furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is ample private parking.

Proprietors Darren and Debbie Hammond assure you of a warm and friendly welcome and personal service to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The house is open all year. There are 5 doubles and one twin room, all with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have colour televisions, DVD players, hospitality trays and hair dryers, plus free wi-fi connection. Full English breakfast is served with vegetarian alternatives.

Children are welcome, but we regret we do not accommodate pets. The house is strictly no smoking.

Terms are B&B from £29.00 - £38.00 per person per night. Please enquire about winter breaks.
