	Indulge in a hearty English breakfast made with local ingredients including Freddy Garside's tasty Cumberland sausage and thick cut Cheshire bacon.
Just three double bedded rooms, with cast iron bedsteads and antique furniture, ensure a civilised atmosphere. Proper bathrooms here too, complete with baths, underfloor heating, fluffy towels and fresh flannels. Room and breakfast prices are from £40 to £50 per person per night according to room and season. We are open all year. Sorry no children, pets or smoking. At weekends there is a minimum two night booking.
