Bed & Breakfast in a friendly family house
	Westview is a comfortable and friendly family house owned and run by Mr & Mrs Batey who are local people. It has private parking and is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Grasmere village and from the route of the Coast to Coast walk. The house is a hundred years old. Grasmere has shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, while Ambleside is just 4 miles away.
There are two double rooms, both en-suite, plus a cot if required.	A full English breakfast is served, with vegetarian alternative. Packed lunches are made to order. Walkers are welcome and drying facilities are available.
We have uninterrupted views of delightful countryside all round, like this one from the house, with easy or more strenuous walks starting from the door. We are open all year.
