RED BANK Town outskirts Red Bank is an elegant, traditionally built Lakeland house located in the residential fringes of Ambleside, tastefully modernised and furnished and decorated to a high standard. The centre of the village along with its many restaurants, bars and amenities is only a 5 minute walk. EASEDALE LODGE Town centre Easedale Lodge is a charming Victorian town house. It is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with great attention to detail and comfort. Many fine walks and bus rides start almost from the door, with Lake Windermere just a mile away. The bedrooms, all doubles, each have their own character. Most are en-suite, the rest having separate but private bathrooms. Views vary, some rooms with town views, others over parkland to mountains. Rooms are priced accordingly. All provide complimentary tea/coffee trays, television, radio alarms and hair dryers. There is ample private parking. We are open all year except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

HOW HEAD old town How Head is a small friendly family run bed and breakfast in the beautiful quiet area of old Ambleside. The building is at least 4 centuries old and full of character. Our rooms are not ensuite but the double and two singles are clustered around a central bath/shower area on a separate landing to the other parts of the house.
